Wow Kerri, where do I begin.  First, I was happy you wanted me to write a testimonial for you.  You were indeed a blessing when my wife and I decided to put our house on the market and build a new one.  So much a blessing that I have shared your name with everyone I have met that is looking to buy or sell.

To start, you really presented your plan well.  We were so impressed we listed with you that night.  I still can't believe you got us a contract in just 7 days of listing it!

I have to admit, after your staging, I almost did not want to sell.  The house looked AWESOME!

But, as you know, we did sell and got more than what we listed at - and I got to keep several thousand dollars that I would have otherwise had to pay the broker if I listed with someone else.

Now, as for your representation when we bought.  I don't know how you did it, but I am so in debt to you for doing it.  How in the world did you get the builder to accept our offer and throw in the upgrades we wanted.  All I know is you saved us tens of thousands in the purchase price, plus a few thousand back at closing.

To end, we really do appreciate all your work and you will not be forgotten.  My wife and I figure you saved us enough money that we can build a pool with the savings - hope you can make it over in the summer for a pool party!

I cannot say enough good things about the attention and assistance I received from Kerri.

Basically, life caved in on me a couple of months ago and it was clear I needed to do two things rapidly:

1. Sell my house
2. Move out of Dallas

If I did not get my house sold quickly, I would have ended up with nothing.
